You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you purchase the files and not from the date of opening or viewing the files.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of your request (usually much sooner). We will attempt to use the same means of payment as you used without any additional charge to you. If unable to return using same means then we will attempt other options, ending in mailing a physical cheque if all other methods are unsuccessful.

Discontinuation of Service Request

We provide digital goods that are inherently non-returnable and cannot be guaranteed to remain unused by the buyer due to their intangible nature. The process of refunding transactions may entail costs exceeding the initial purchase amount. Consequently, in instances where accepting your business results in a substantial financial burden attributed to processing numerous returns, we reserve the right to propose the limitation of your access to our premium digital files. Upon receiving this request, we will honor one additional purchase fulfillment, after which we will refrain from further refund processing.
